I just can’t do it all

I know it’s probably not the best title to start my back to routine post, but that’s actually the reason why I it’s being so late: I just can’t do it all.

I know it’s not the best excuse and I could’ve been way more imaginative and original with it, but, truth is, being honest always turns out to be the best excuse, right? Now, let’s get into matter and expand in the fact that I’m not a robot and cannot give it all 24/7. Congrats Lovely Pepa, I wanna be like you.

So this is what happened. I was about to finish my Foundation Degree in May and had to give in loads of work, like loads and loads of it. I’m not a common first year student, let’s be honest about this too. I study, work, blog, vlog and have an at least one-hour conversation over the phone with my mum every single day. I love sleeping, walking around, going to the supermarket (where I spend roughly another 2 hours every week) and I still usually have some spare time for other stuff like I don’t know, let’s say daydreaming about all the other stuff I wanna do even though a day doesn’t have enough hours for me. And it’ll probably never have them, let’s just be realistic. I’m sure lots of you can relate with this too.

That’s the stage I lived until June, when I finally finished and went back home with my family, where I wanted to just leave this for a few weeks and enjoy. I’ve had a lovely Summer, you can’t even imagine how much. And I feel extremely grateful for this. I went to Graduate Fashion Week in London, then Swimwear Fashion Week in Gran Canaria, Family trip to La Palma, Málaga with my Blancas, Family trip to Fuerteventura and I even went to La Gomera for a weekend getaway, haha. It’s all been about my islands!

I have to say I was planning to come back to blog routine in August, September the latest… but then I moved house, came to London, didn’t have where to live and had to stay with my Blancas for almost two weeks until we found a house here, started uni and had to get into uni-routine really quick, and on top of that, my computer broke in June and hasn’t been fixed yet. This is probably the worst thing, and the one that’s moved the return date the most.

It’s been a nightmare, every week that went by I just wanted to write and record videos and edit and upload and all this stuff I just love and couldn’t do. And now it’s almost November and I’m finally here. I’m really sorry, I just couldn’t do it all. Sometimes life gets in the way and I needed this time for me – not the almost 5 months I’ve been disappeared for, one would’ve been more than enough, honestly. But come on, heads up, cheers to a new beginning and lots of fun stuff you’re gonna see here very, very, very soon. Promised! We’re in this together 😉

What else can I say? Thank you for reading this, that’s the most important thing. If you’re here, then it means I’m not that much of an awful blogger and you’re here with me along the way although I left like a ghost and never told when I was coming back. Oh, I’m a horrible blogger. Thank you for being the best ones. I love you!

I'm impatient, lazy and sleepy head. I love changing, routine makes me go mad and I have a fast and crazy lifestyle. I don't know where I'll be tomorrow, just follow me, I promise it will be fun!
