Eat more, weight less!


Yes, you’ve read it right. Forget all those diets which make you be hungry and don’t really do anything. All your body needs is eating! I don’t mean EAT, EAT, EAT! I mean you must always try to have your 5 meals (breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, picnic and dinner). That way you’ll keep your metabolism non-stop and you won’t be hungry. Also, you’ll digest food easier.

I'm impatient, lazy and sleepy head. I love changing, routine makes me go mad and I have a fast and crazy lifestyle. I don't know where I'll be tomorrow, just follow me, I promise it will be fun!
