Hi hi!! Happy… Monday? I don’t even know what day it is! hahaha Mum and I decided to make a cake yesterday and I took some photos for the blog, so you can make it too 😉 Today I’ll show you a recipe for a lemon pie 😀
150 gr butter
100gr icing sugar
1 can of condensed milk
Beat an egg with the butter; and incorporate the biscuits.
Place the dough on a mold and leave it on the fridge for about half an hour.
Wash the lemons, scrape the peel and squeeze them.
Separate the white and orange part of the other 4 eggs (I’ve forgotten their names in English, sorry) and mix them with the condensed milk, lemon juice and zest.
Pour this mixture in the mold and cook it for 15 minutes at 150-160ºC.
Beat the egg whites (they have to be very cold) until stiff and add the sugar while beating. We have meringue! Now put it on the cake a leave it inside the oven until it’s sort of gold. Leave the cake in the fridge until you’re ready to eat it 😉
