I love cookies and Christmas, so when they go together… Better than anything! So today I’ll propose you an original idea on how to show your cookies, and obviously, how to make them! 🙂

INGREDIENTS:

300gr of flour
150gr of thin sugar
150gr de mantequilla
½ vanilla stick
1 bit of salt
2 egg yolks
Colour fondants
A thing gold thread

This recipe is very easy so there aren’t too much steps, and they’re delicious!!

1

We sieve the flour and add the 2 yolks, sugar, vanilla, butter and salt.

2

Once it’s mixed, we should have an homogeneous dough. We wrap it up in transparent paper and leave it rest for 30 minutes.

3

We spread some flour in a cooking board, we extend the dough with a roller and start making cookie forms with the shapes. It’s very important to make a hole on them with a straw or toothpick!

4

We leave the biscuits inside the 180º preheated oven for 10-15 minutes and we put the fondant on top of the biscuits. We tie the string through the biscuits holes and we hand them on the Christmas tree… ready!! 🙂
